General Etiquette Regarding User Interaction At Forums
The Service contains bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or message or communication facilities and multimedia charts and galleries and related review pages (collectively, the "Forums"). You agree to use any Forums only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to that particular Forum. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not

(i) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal right of others;

(ii) publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;

(iii) upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another person's computer;

(iv) expect at areas reserved for the purpose advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose;

(v) conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

(vi) download any file posted by another user of a forum that you know or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such matter,

(vii) falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded; or

(viii) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the forum.   

 
Sexually Explicit Or Violent Content And Substance Abuse
If you plan to release sexually explicit content or material containing violence or substance abuse you hereby assure, that you are aware of the “COPPA” and PRARENTAL ADVISORY regulations and guidelines and that you are prepared to clearly notify the need of precautions by including the sentence "EXPLICIT CONTENT - PARENTAL ADVISORY" at the beginning of the posting text body / product information and by defining the content as “ADULT” in the header. 

LOUD LOUNGE Forum postings including any ADULT classified information may only be posted at the forums under the category ADULT CONTENT

Note: Submitting images containing sexually explicit or violent material anywhere at the Site as publicly displayed from a thumbnail or any directly loading picture is strictly prohibited.


Sending Promotional Postings And Audio Commercials
Forum postings including any PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL about your Products or Services promoted via SoundChilds may only be put online at the following forums:

Private Messages: Promoting any products or services by using any private message systems available at the SoundChilds portal is strictly prohibited and may result in banning of using the services. An exception to this is sending promotional private messages to users who have accepted you as their buddy member at their forum buddy list.

Non-listed products: Promoting any products or services that are not listed as sold items at the SoundChilds Global Store is strictly prohibited and may result in banning of using the services.

Promotion Program downline mass email: This feature may only be be used

• once a week,
• maximum three times to promote any individual link, product or service,
• only regarding your own Artist-Seller controlled material,
• An exeception to above is a case where the product information has been substantially changed ie. regarding pricing or such.

Uploading Commercial Audio Material, such as advertisments and jingles whether instumental or spoken, should be clearly indicated to be commercials by selecting one of the appropriate Genres and Sub-Genres when uploading or updating the related audio details. Said material may not exceed 30 seconds by length.

Only Legal Conduct
You agree not to use any part of the Service for illegal purposes. Use of the Service is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained herein shall limit our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.

Right Of Termination Of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all of the forums at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. If, in our sole discretion, you choose a username that is obscene, indecent, abusive or which might otherwise subject SoundChilds to public disparagement or scorn, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username, delete your posts from the Forums, deny you access to the Forums, or any combination of these options. If you continue to choose usernames that we find objectionable, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your access to the Forums, the Service or both.

Not following above guidelines may result in permanent banning from using the services.
