SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Below are the main guidelines on terms and conditions all parties involved commit to:

AS ANY USER

• All your personal data is handled as strictly confidential.
• If you register as a member, you must be at least 13 years old.
• You are free to end your membership at any time.
• You have full freedom of speech and publishing rights within following main guidelines:
  It is prohibited to publish any
  • religiously or politically agitating,
  • racist,
  • pornographic (adult content only at reserved areas) or
  • any material otherwise harrassing, scolding or insulting any groups or individuals.

 

AS A BUYER

• Practically anyone can buy anything.
• No registration is needed.
• Data of your purchases referrer is stored in a cookie placed at your computer.

 

AS AN ARTIST-SELLER OR PROMOTER

• All entry level membership products are totally free.
• Contracts are non-exclusive = You can sell your products also elsewhere
• Pre-Sale promote, demo and advertise
  • You may demonstrate your audio and products at SoundChilds before setting them for sale anywhere.
  • You may NOT promote your audio or other products at SoundChilds and sell them somewhere else unless you put same products for sale at SoundChilds as well.
  • You may advertise any products at SoundChilds and sell them only somewhere else with using the SC BANNERS advertising program.
• You can act as a Seller or Promoter or as both
  • As a seller you gain sales profits
  • As a promoter you gain promotion commissions
• You must possess respective rights to all material you upload, publish or promote.
• If you upload licensed audio / video for streaming you are responsible for paying the lisencing fees to the tracking or similar organisation.
• Minimum sales price is USD 0.01 per each sold product.
• Advertising the portal or its services or products by spamming anyone internally or externally is prohibited (spamming = sending or forcing multiple messages to recipients without their permission).
